THERMOFIX – Adhesive Fibres for Permanent Bonding….

THERMOFIX is similar to a nonwoven with the difference that it consists of adhesive fibres which start bonding when heat is applied - emblems can be permanently fixed with an iron or heat press.
It is easy to handle - Thermofix can be cut without any effort because the adhesive fibres are very soft and no silicon paper has to be cut in the shape of the emblem at the same time. Just place SILICONE PAPER separately on top while ironing. Working with Thermofix is very easy! Cut it out, iron it on - that's all there is to it!

CANVAY                                                                                

CANVAY is our new canvas fabric with a permanent non-woven backing. Canvay has a very fine plain weave and is excellent for small letters and intricate details. Canvay is 100% Polyester with a 100% polyester backing. Due to this structure, it is IDEAL FOR PRINTING as it will withstand the high dryer heats.

ART# 422 plus colour number.     Black and white only. (Special dyes upon request).

Make up: rolls 80cm (31.5") x 10m or available by the meter.

 

REFLECTRA®                                                                   

REFLECTRA® is a thin and flexible, polyurethane-derived transfer foil. It can be handled easily on any embroidery machine just like a regular appliqué. Once REFLECTRA® Stitchfoil had been embroidered onto the fabric, just use a hot press to fix it permanently. Available in white, yellow, red, royal blue, kelly green, silver, gold, black, and four multicolour combinations (patterns and stripes).

COVER THE BACK                                             

Cover the Back is a polyester circular knit mesh with Polyamide adhesive coating. Its main use is to cover the back of your finished embroidery design. Cover the Back prevents a coarse embroidery design from touching sensitive skin. Great for baby apparel, polo shirts, lingerie, sports apparel or any embroidery or embellishment that may be irritating to the skin.
