TIPS:

     It's important that you insert your bobbin the proper way. The bobbin should rotate in a clockwise direction as you pull the bobbin thread tail after the thread has been placed under the tension plate and through the pigtail, if any.

  When inserting the bobbin into the machine, snip the tail of thread to no more than about three inches. A longer thread tail can wrap around the spinning shaft, creating a thread build-up behind the hook assembly. This buildup can eventually push the hook forward, closing the vital gap between the hook point and the needle.

        If the bobbin feels “tight” when you first insert it, try pulling off a couple of feet of thread. Sometimes, the bobbin can be slightly “bulging” and create abnormal tension at the beginning. This will also ensure that the bobbin thread is “free running” from it’s pre wound case.
